  • We accept secure payment via major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Dispatch typically occurs within 1–2 business days.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in product availability, pricing, or payment issues.

3. Shipping

  • We offer shipping within Australia and to New Zealand only.

  • Free shipping applies to Australian orders $50 or more. Orders under $50 incur a $15 flat fee.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Remote areas may require an additional 3–7 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

We aim to ensure all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product colours, dimensions, or materials will exactly match due to screen variations and vehicle-specific differences.
